High-end remodels, ADUs, custom homes, and structural carpentry. We self-perform framing, finish work, and specialty woodwork, and bring in trusted subs for MEP trades when needed.
Most remodels run 8–16 weeks, depending on size/complexity. We share a clear schedule up front and keep you posted weekly so there are no surprises.
Both. If you have plans, we’ll build to them precisely. If not, we can provide in-house support or connect you with trusted architects/designers in the Bay Area.

We start with a detailed estimate and keep it transparent. If scope changes, we use written Change Orders and track Allowances so you always know where the budget stands.

Yes. We stand behind our work. You’ll receive a written warranty covering workmanship and manufacturer warranties for installed products. We also schedule a post-completion check-in.

Changes are documented in writing with scope, cost, and schedule impact. Allowances are line items you can customize (e.g., tile, fixtures). We update totals so you’re always current.
